railing
A railing is more than just a safety feature—it’s one of the most visible parts of your deck. The right railing not only keeps your space safe but also enhances your home’s style, creates clean sightlines, and complements your outdoor living area. To help you choose the perfect railing for your deck, we’ve organized our options into Classic, Modern, and Signature tiers based on style, features, and customization.
Installation Approach
As certified pro installers for TimberTech and Westbury, our railing installations follow manufacturer‑guided best practices to ensure safety, durability, and clean, code‑compliant results every time.
Professional Foundations
We begin with properly installed support posts that are securely integrated into the deck framing. Posts are anchored for both vertical load capacity and lateral stability, accommodating level and stair applications with precision, and complying with all local building codes.
TimberTech Railing Systems
We install TimberTech railing systems in accordance with their published installation guides, including level and stair configurations, bracket placements, post alignment, and accurate panel/rise‑and‑run calibration. Detailed guides cover correct post spacing, rail bracket installation, stair angle measurement, and proper attachment of rail clips and covers — all aimed at producing a clean, secure assembly.
Westbury Aluminum Railing
For Westbury systems, we use the Westbury Mount Template Kit and certified training techniques to position mounting brackets, rail mounts, and crossover posts accurately. Our team is trained through the Westbury Pro Rewards program, which includes modules for a variety of railing types, cable systems, glass panels, and ADA continuous handrails.
Smart Feature Integration
Gates: Installed at top or bottom of stairs/decks when specified for child or pet safety.
Lighting: Routed and anchored to maintain clean lines; included by default with premium setups and available as an upgrade where desired.
Drink Rails & Accessories: Integrated with compatible systems per manufacturer specifications.
Precision & Quality Control
Every system is installed straight, square, and true:
Posts aligned plumb and level
Rails and infills spaced to code requirements
Stair angles measured for precise fit and finish
Fastener locations and torque per TimberTech/Westbury instructions
This professional installation method ensures your railing system is not only beautiful and tailored to your deck, but also durable, safe, and fully backed by product‑specific installation standards.
